As we are focusing on the theme 'buildings', our primary one children took a walk around the local area to see how many different types of buildings and homes they could find.
Our building site in class has proven to be a popular hit with all the boys and girls. Not only did they dress for the occasion, but they also made some fabulous buildings of their own. Our sensory play in the tuff tray, even included homemade cement which they eagerly used to build walls!
